Anne Frank; 12 June 1929 – early March 1945) was one of the most discussed Jewish victims of the Holocaust. She and her sister died of typhus in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. Anne was only 15. Her diary had been saved, and later published in 1947.
Otto Frank, the father of Anne Frank and one of the Jews who was hidden in the attic of Miep Gies's home. He was a leader, and an inspiring man. He was the only survivor in the Frank family. Following the war, he devoted his life to human rights.

In Anne Frank’s Diary Anne called Peter Schiff her “one true love.” For more than 60 years there were no photographs known of Anne Frank’s childhood sweetheart. The photo above was discovered when a childhood friend, Ernest Michaelis, now 82, came to realize that the childhood friend that gave him this photograph (before Michaelis had left Germany for Britain) was the 13-year-old boy Anne Frank wrote about in her diary.Taken 1939..discovered 2008.
